Returns Policy
You may return any generic, in stock product within 30 days for any reason, as long as the product is unused and in new condition.
Sales on any custom product are final, barring unusual circumstances such as errors or omissions on our part (unless you have approved the proof with the error prior to production) or production defects. In such cases, you are responsible for notifying us of such defects, errors or omissions in a timely manner.

Shipping
Our standard turnaround time on generic, in stock product orders is to ship the same day or next, depending upon time of day and method of order placement. Our standard turnaround time on custom orders is to ship within 10 business days of order confirmation and final proof approval. That said, we understand that many of our customers are ordering for a date specific event and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
Standard domestic USA shipping is via UPS ground or USPS with tracking. Where free shipping is offered, this only extends to shipments within the 48 contiguous United States. You may, if you prefer, change to a different carrier or upgrade the time in transit. If such a change incurs additional expense, you will be charged for the additional cost.
We ship worldwide. Customers will be billed separately for international shipping charges once the package size and weight can be determined. Standard international shipping is via postal service; the level of service may be dependent upon the package weight. If you prefer delivery via UPS, FedEx, etc., you will need to provide your own account number to cover any duty & tax assessed upon customs clearance. We can determine the actual cost of freight which we can bill to our account and charge on your invoice.
